Freight Receiving Hours

Monday to Friday: 8 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m. 

Please Note:

• Please have tracking info available before contacting Mail Services/Receiving about any incoming shipments.
• Shipping and Receiving can accommodate semi-trucks.
• Shipping and Receiving does not have a loading dock.
• Our facilities include a forklift.

Location

Shipping and Receiving is located in the Corporation Yard. To enter, use Laurel Drive off of Petaluma Hill Road.

Directions to Shipping & Receiving

From the South:

1. Take 101 North to the Rohnert Park Expressway Exit. 
2. Turn right onto Rohnert Park Expressway.
3. Follow Rohnert Park Expy east for about 2.5 miles to Petaluma Hill Road. (Rohnert Park Expressway ends at Petaluma Hill Road.)
4. Turn Right. 
5. Continue for 0.3 miles and turn right into Laurel Drive. (Look for the Shipping and Receiving sign.)
6. Turn right immediately into the Corporation Yard. Shipping and Receiving is in the second bay on the right.

From the North:

1. Take 101 South to the Rohnert Park Expressway exit. 
2. Turn left onto Rohnert Park Expressway.
